Why we follow Bindi

The estate

Bill Dhillon, who emigrated from Punjab to Australia in 1958, planted the first vines in 1988 on the family's Gisborne grazing property in the Macedon Ranges. His son Michael Dhillon has made the wines since the mid-1990s and continues to do so. Bindi is known for tightly delineated single-block Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from a small area of vines within a much larger property, sold largely by mailing list.
