Collection: Dalwhinnie

Dalwhinnie is based in Victoria's Pyrenees, a region known for structured reds with depth, spice and the ability to age. The current Lamont's collection has a strong spread of Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon, with vintages running from 2005 through to 2020.

The older bottles are especially useful for customers wanting mature Australian red wine without moving into heavier Barossa territory. Expect Shiraz with spice and shape, and Cabernet with dark fruit, firmness and savoury development. These are wines for roast meats, cooler nights and the cellar.
