Morey-Coffinet sits at the heart of Chassagne-Montrachet, a family woven from three of the village's great names: Morey, Pillot and Coffinet. Thibault Morey, often called the rising star of Chassagne, farms organically and bottles with a light hand and little sulphur. This Bourgogne Cote d'Or is his entry white, declassified Chassagne fruit given the same care as the crus above it: fresh, citrus-driven and finely balanced. The cleanest introduction to the house.
