Collection: Tolpuddle
Tolpuddle is a single-vineyard Tasmanian project producing Chardonnay and Pinot Noir of real precision, drive and cool-climate detail. The wines are made by Shaw + Smith and have built a strong reputation since launch.
The Chardonnay partners scallops, oysters and roast chicken; the Pinot suits duck and mushroom dishes. Both reward modest cellaring and represent some of Tasmania's most serious bottles.
