Bois Moze

Domaine de Bois Moze is an organic estate at Coutures in Anjou, in the Loire Valley, set on a historic property with buildings dating to the eleventh century. Mathilde Giraudet has led the domaine and its winemaking since 2004, farming its clay-limestone slopes without synthetic inputs.

About Bois Moze

The estate's Cremant de Loire Brut is a traditional-method sparkling made entirely from Chenin Blanc and aged on lees: fresh, mineral and citrus-driven, a characterful and well-priced Loire fizz.
