Mirabello is a house Prosecco made from Glera grown northeast of Treviso, in the Veneto heartland of the style. The grapes are gently pressed and slowly fermented to keep the wine fresh and fragrant, with a soft, gentle sparkle. It is everything a good everyday Prosecco should be: apple and white peach, a clean, fruity finish and an easy, welcoming character.
