Collection: Rheingau
Rheingau is one of Germany's classic Riesling regions, set on south-facing slopes along the Rhine. The slate, loess and quartzite soils produce Rieslings across a full sweetness spectrum, from bone-dry Trocken styles through to richly sweet Auslese and beyond, all marked by bright acidity and clear varietal precision.
The dry styles partner sushi, light seafood, pork and Asian dishes with chilli or ginger. Off-dry and sweeter wines work with spiced cuisine, blue cheese and fruit-based desserts. Smaller plantings of Spätburgunder (Pinot Noir) also feature.
