“This is a good example of Killerby shiraz in which spicy charcuterie and vanillin oak flavours support plum/berry/black cherry fruit with hints of chocolate and savoury stewed tomatoes. Balanced, medium-grained tannins and red cherry acidity hover on a long finish.”
