Moss Wood Cabernet Sauvignon is one of Australia's iconic wines anddeservedly fits in the Exceptional category of Langton's Classification of Australian Wine. Handcrafted by Keith & Clare Mugford and their team, the wine is the very definition of power and elegance. Moss Wood is located in the Wilyabrup sub-region in the heart of Margaret River and the Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from the estate vineyard first planted in 1969 with the famed Houghton clone.

“Very deep, youthful colour presages an impressively young, concentrated, powerful cabernet which displays very ripe fruit and tremendous depth of flavour. The tannins are ample and soft, the finish long. There are cedar and roasting-pan complexities in the bouquet and appropriate signs of age development, but the wine has many years ahead of it. A superb and striking cabernet. Drink to 2030.”
